We would love to extend a massive thank you and congratulations to Elyse who not only submitted a wonderful essay in the Natalie M. Foundation’s Role Model program, but she was one of the winners of a community grant too! The winners were announced at their charity fashion show held in early February. The participants could write about an organization of their choice– and we are so honored that she chose to write about the Leavenworth County Humane Society! Elyse is an animal lover from an animal loving family who wanted to try to help the dogs and cats along with encouraging other people to experience the unconditional love of an adopted pet. Thank you for all of your hard work and support, Elyse! You absolutely are a role model! ❤🐾
